Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Moments wedding film service ("Service"), operated by GRWTH LAB SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS), registered under SIREN 988 916 862, RCS Paris, with its registered office at 231 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France ("we", "us", "our").

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Moments creates cinematic wedding films from photos and videos you upload. You provide the media; we edit and deliver a finished film within the timeframe associated with your chosen plan.

2. Plans & Pricing

• Highlight — $99 USD
• Story — $249 USD
• Cinematic — $499 USD

Prices are one-time payments in US Dollars. No subscription, no recurring charges. Features for each plan are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge for your selected plan. All prices include applicable processing fees. VAT may apply depending on your jurisdiction and will be shown at checkout if applicable.

4. Delivery

• Standard delivery: within 48 hours of order confirmation for Highlight and Story plans.
• Priority delivery: within 24 hours for the Cinematic plan.

Delivery times start after payment confirmation and are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by insufficient or corrupted media will be communicated via email.

5. Your Media

• You retain full ownership of all photos and videos you upload.
• By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the media solely for creating your film.
• You represent that you have the right to share the media (i.e., you took the photos/videos or have permission from the people who did).
• Uploaded media is deleted within 30 days after delivery, or 48 hours after session expiry if no order is placed.

6. Your Film

• Once delivered, the film is yours. You may share, post, and use it freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• We retain the right to use anonymized clips (with no identifiable faces or names) in our portfolio or marketing, unless you opt out by emailing us.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your film, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will either:

• Re-edit your film based on your feedback (up to 2 revision rounds for Story and Cinematic plans, 1 for Highlight), or
• Issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
• Use the Service for commercial video production.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our editing processes or AI models.
• Abuse, spam, or overload the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for the loss of media you uploaded if you did not retain your own copies.

10. Intellectual Property

The Moments name, logo, website design, and editing technology are the property of GRWTH LAB SAS. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or intellectual property.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. In such case, no refund will be issued for orders already fulfilled.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
